    • This is great advice. I worked as a radio DJ for 10 years and applied the same ‘tactic’: I’d do the best work I can and not care too much about the people who didn’t like my shows.

  1. I think it helps being a PF writer with advertising opportunities. There are a lot of companies out there that want to advertise their products to economically savvy people. I am not sure about other niches but it works for me.

  2. Niche. It is the key in life, work and online blogging. And it seems if you do it successfully, you are converting leads from your site and have a platform advertisers are seeking out for income to you the writer.

  3. Interesting post. I have been blogging for last few years. In the beginning, it was my hobby, but as tie passes, Blogging becomes my primary income source. It is quite easy to make with a niche blog as compared to a general blog.

  4. I decided this route for freedom and not feeling obligated to a specific niche. At the end of the day traffic is traffic and people finding you content on the net obviously means they are interested in the subject.

  5. I’ve chosen a niche blog. In fact, I’ve two niche blog. I think if you want to blog about something, you can get different domains for each niche. Of course, you can make 2 or 3 category on the same blog, but I think it should have some connections each others, like IT and Web Design. You can’t blog about Food and Apps on the same blog. Or you can but it’s not really recommended.
